Dry Drayton Primary School is a small, village primary school where Christian values are fundamental to all that we do and there is care, love and something special about everyone. We currently have 57 children on roll who are taught in three mixed age classes. In September 2017 we joined Oakington Church of England Primary School in a Partnership which is very successful, providing extra opportunities for our children, staff, Governors and sometimes even parents! We particularly enjoy our half termly creative curriculum days, where children and staff come together on one or other of the two school sites to share in a day of exciting learning activities.

In September 2015 a new, purpose built extension was added to the school, providing excellent indoor and outdoor facilities for our Foundation and Key Stage 1 children, together with a spacious pre-school room and outdoor area. The grounds are beautiful and we have a hard working, caring staff. Many children live within catchment but a significant number of parents from outside of the area choose to send the children to our school. Sporting activities and creative arts enrich the curriculum and help to develop the whole child. There are after-school facilities on site.

If you would like to visit our school you would very welcome and I am sure you would enjoy the experience. Please contact the school office by telephone or email in the first instance if you would like to do so.

Please bear with us as we update this site. We are refreshing our documents and policies following a change of leadership.

We look forward to welcoming your family into our school community
